The Urban Development Authority (UDA) in Sri Lanka has given due notice, announcing a takeover of the Kollupitiya SuperMarket also known as the Colpetty Market.
This order was issued following the MoU signed between the Colombo Municipal Council and the UDA.
The existing market is set to be replaced by a 40 story complex and the land will be developed as a public-private partnership.
