Heyleys Fabrics buys 97.68% of South Asia Textiles Ltd for 3.9 Billion

Hayleys Fabrics, has acquired 98.84 percent shares of South Asia Textiles Limited, for 3.953 billion rupees. 97.68 percent was purchased from publicly traded Ambeon Holdings Limited and another 1.16 percent from a minority shareholder. Hayleys Fabrics revealed that the move was part of a larger plan to import higher quality fabrics.
